Ingredients:
Dal Mash two Cups (Soaked for three Hours then Wash it and add one l water)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Ginger Paste two tbsp
Garlic Paste one tbsp
Red chili powder one tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder one tsp
Button Red hot pepper one tbsp (Crushed)
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger two in. (Chopped)
Green Chillies two (Chopped)
Green Coriander two tbsp (Chopped)
Onion one (Chopped)
Tomato one (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Ginger Paste two tbsp
Garlic Paste one tbsp
Red chili powder one tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder one tsp
Button Red hot pepper one tbsp (Crushed)
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger two in. (Chopped)
Green Chillies two (Chopped)
Green Coriander two tbsp (Chopped)
Onion one (Chopped)
Tomato one (Chopped)
Direction:
- Take a bowl and add two Cup dal Mash and add four cups Water and soaked it for three Hours. then Wash it and add one l water.
- Now Take a Pot and add Soaked dal Mash (With one l Water) and cooked it for twenty minutes on High to Medium Flame. After that, filter it.
- Now take an outsized fry Pan otherwise you will take a pot and add 1/2 Cup Oil and add Onion and fry it till lightweight pink color then add Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste and stir it and add cut Tomato, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red chili powder, Cumin Powder, Button Red hot pepper and stir it and cook for one to two minutes on medium flame. then add cooked dal Mash and blend it well and add a pair of tbsp water and Stir it and add green Chillies, Ginger, green Coriander and cover with lid and cook for twenty minutes on terribly low flame.
- Now Open the lid and stir it and add Garam Masala Powder and blend it well. currently your Fry dal Mash is prepared. now serve it with sprinkle green Chillies, Ginger, green Coriander and Lemon.
