Daal Chana Fry


Ingredients


1 Cup dal Chana - Split chickpeas (Boiled)
 one massive Onion
 2 Tomatoes
 one tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
 one tbsp Red chili powder
 one tbsp Coriander powder
 one tsp Turmeric
 one tbsp Cumin Seeds
 eight to ten Curry Leaves
 three Whole red long chilies
 one tsp Garam masala powder
 one tbsp Salt
 1/2 Cup Oil

Direction



Take a pan to feature oil once its heat enough add cumin seeds with onions and cook till it turns into golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for one minute then place the red chili, coriander powder, turmeric and salt combine it up well then add tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes becomes soft and therefore the oil remove out.
After that, place the cooked split chickpeas and blend it well, after five minutes. Sprinkle the garam masala and take away it from the flame.
Now, take a pan to feature one/4 cup oil then add curry leaves and whole red chilies and cook it for 1 minutes. thus tadka is prepared place it on boiled Chana dal and cover it from the lid.
