Chicken Tandoori Calzone



Ingredients:

•  Yogurt 2 tbs
•  Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
•  Red chili powder ½ tbs
Coriander powder 1 tbs
•  Black pepper powder 1 tsp
•  All spices 1 tsp
•  Salt according to taste
•  Lemon juice 2 tbs
•  Chicken fillets 300 gms
•  Oil 1-2 tbs
•  Charcoal for smoke
•  Ketchup 1 tbs
•  Plain paratha
•  Cheddar cheese grated as required
•  Onion chopped
•  Tomato chopped
•  Mozzarella cheese grated as required
•  Egg whisked 1


Method:

• Preheated oven at 180 C.

• Take a bowl and add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, all spices and mix all the ingredients well.


• Then add chicken fillets, mix well and then marinate for quarter-hour.

• Take a fry pan then add oil and marinated chicken and cover it or cook on low flame from both sides until they dries up.

• Give a smoke of charcoal for 2 minutes.

• Leave it for settle down and shred it with the help of the fork. Then add ketchup, again mix well & put aside.

• Baking tray, lined with butter paper and grease with oil.

• Plain paratha and add both cheddar and mozzarella cheese, shredded chicken, onion, tomato then fold the opposite side over it and seal the sides with the help of the fork. And apply egg wash.

• Bake it at 180 C for 18-20 minutes
