• 250 gram unsalted butter
• 250 gram powder sugar
• 250 gram flour
• Pinch of salt
• 4 eggs
• 4 tablespoons milk
• Muffin tins, lined with paper cases
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Method
• Set the oven to 180C.
• Add butter into a bowl and beat it when butte become softened. Add the sugar and mix well.
• on the other hand mix flour and salt.
• Then add eggs, vanilla extract and milk beat until the mixture is smooth.
• Add flour mixture in to smooth better and mix well.
• Place both muffin tins within the oven and bake for quarter-hour, then swap over the tins and bake again for 3-7 minutes, until the cupcakes have a golden colour.
• Remove the tins from the oven. Leave the cupcakes to chill for a couple of minutes.
