Ingredients:
• Chicken Pizza Filling:
• Cooking oil 2 tbs
• Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
• Garlic paste 1 tbs
• Tikka masala 2 tbs
• Juice 2 tbs
• Yogurt whisked 3-4 tbs
• Charcoal for smoke
• Black olives 1/4 Cup
• Onion chopped ½ Cup S
• Capsicum chopped ½ Cup
• Cheddar grated ½ Cup
• Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
• Dried oregano 1 tsp
• Cooking oil 2 tbs
• Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg

Dough:
• Lukewarm water ¾ Cup, Sugar 2 tsp, Instant yeast 1 tsp, flour 2 Cups, Salt ½ tsp, oil 1 tbs oil 1 tsp Scene on Krunch Achari Chakar 4-6 packs Eggs 2, Milk 2-3 tbs, Pizza sauce as required oil for frying.
Directions:
1. Prepare Chicken Pizza Filling:
2. In wok, add oil, chicken and blend well until changes color.
2. In wok, add oil, chicken and blend well until changes color.
3. Add garlic paste and blend well.
4. Add tikka masala, lemon juice, yogurt, mix well and cook on high flame until dries up.
5. Give a charcoal smoke for two minutes (optional).
6. Add black olives, onion, capsicum, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, mix well & put aside .
Prepare Dough:
1. In small jug, add lukewarm water, sugar, instant yeast and blend well, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. In bowl, add all-purpose flour, add salt and blend .
3. Add oil, yeast mixture, mix well and knead until dough is made .
4. Add oil and knead again.
5. Cover and leave it for 1 hour at warm place.
6. In chopper, add achari chips, chop until crumbled & remove during a bowl.
7. In bowl, add eggs, milk, whisk well & put aside .
8. Grease your hands with oil and knead the dough again until it become smooth.
9. Take alittle dough, sprinkle dry flour and spread the dough with the assistance of the hands.
10. Add & spread pizza sauce, add prepared chicken pizza filling, warp and seal the sides and make a ball (makes 8-10).
11. Now coated the chopped chips into beaten eggs.
12. Heat oil and fry all balls on low flame until golden brown.
