Cheddar Wafers


Ingredients:

• 1 stick butter
• 2 eggs
• ¼ t-spoon garlic powder
• ⅛ t-spoon cayenne pepper
• ½ t-spoon ground white pepper
• ½ t-spoon salt
• ½ cup cheddar
• 1½ t-spoons leaven
• 2 cups flour


 Directions:

• Preheat oven at 350F.
• Mix together the melted butter and eggs until creamy.
• Mix the cheese then blend until combined.
• Then add salt, white pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and flour and blend well.
• Roll out dough onto the surface, the thickness of dough is about ¼-inch thick.
• Cut out into small circles with the help of cookie cutters and place onto a paper lined sheet tray.
• Bake for 20 minutes until they become golden.
